Abstract

The phrase that leaders are born not made has been around for a long time and most people would believe that it is true. But, do genetics have anything to do with a person becoming a leader? We are going to discuss from the time that a person is an infant to the time that they get into their adult life what factors that is going to make them a good or a bad leader. Is everyone capable of becoming a leader? What things make someone be able to become a good leader? This document will allow you to see the things that happen in each stages of life that will help a person become a leader.
