Abstract
The purpose of this business plan is to provide the necessary research and vision for the success of this new business. A business plans purpose is to create a cohesive vision and roadmap for the success of the business. Writing a business plan for a new business ensures that every aspect of the business has been thought out and planned for. The Rellington’s formal business plan includes keys to success, threats to our business, an organizational flow chart, marketing plan, a break even analysis, pricing, amenities offered, a local competitive comparison and personnel plan.
