Abstract
Leadership styles differ from place to place all over the world. The best way to see the differences is to look at the style that works best in various situations. By looking into different types of leadership styles overall effectiveness can be seen. When narrowing the differences down it can be determined which leadership styles are most effective within the workplace. These leadership styles within the workplace can affect the outcome and productivity of the entire organization. There are twelve different styles of leadership that are looked at through surveys to determine which leadership style produces the best outcome in the workplace. The styles of leadership reflect responsibility and the most effective ways to establish a good working environment and while upholding values in the workplace.
