DEOMI Organization Climate Survey: An Assessment of Locally Developed Questions
Project Abstract
In attempts to identify weaknesses in the military DEOCS researchers evaluated problems and developed recommended solutions to improve measurement in the existing climate survey. This analysis, addresses the DEOCS inefficiencies due to various reasons (e.g. policy change) Recommended solutions will provide DOD an even better tool at their disposal to measure these critical command climate issues.
