Abstract/Description

In early 2017, inspired by his pet French bulldog "Schmunk", by discussions among members of social media groups dedicated to French bulldogs as well as by his observation that casual shirts and sweaters seem to be either "cheap and low-quality" or "pricey and high quality", the idea emerged in then-junior Cory Enix to found his own apparel company. The plan came to fruition in summer of 2017. However, Cory soon faced the proverbial truth of "easier said than done." Motivated by strong entrepreneurial drive, Cory Enix has successfully done the first steps to put his company on a solid footing. Now it is April 2018, and Cory is ready to share the story of his first year as an entrepreneur: how he jumped through the hoops, learnt from trials and errors, and why he has reason to be carefully optimistic about the future of his company. We are proud to present Cory Enix, graduating senior and CEO of Schmunk, LLC.
