In this paper, the topic of interpersonal communication in the setting of an elementary school is explored. This paper is a summary of research that accompanies a video documenting how interpersonal communication is used on a day-to-day basis to run an effective elementary school. This paper presents the thoughts and ideas that educational professionals, future educators, and even some students have on interpersonal communication; all give their insight on this important topic.
