Title

College Sports Conundrum

Abstract

This paper emphasizes the financial disproportions in college sports. While discussing the inverse effects paying student-athletes would ultimately have on college sports, the paper gives the quantitative reinforcement of academics. The purpose of this paper is to uncover the perceived financial windfalls created for the NCAA by exploited athletes. Although the NCAA's tactics have come under question recently, academics must remain pertinent in the student-athlete experience. After all, numbers clearly show most college athletes will go professional in something other than sports.
