GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER: CAUSES, SYMPTOMS, AND TREAMENTS

Abstract

Millions of people around the world suffer from anxiety each day; however, there are many treatments and therapies that are offered to help alleviate the mental stress placed on these individuals. This paper will offer an in-depth analysis of the various treatments available to reduce anxiety and pinpoint individual triggers. Before discussing treatment options, this paper will help explain what it means for someone to have a generalized anxiety disorder. The symptoms, triggers, and what it may lead to. Raising awareness of what it means to have a generalized anxiety disorder is important part of this paper. Before discussing treatment options, one must know why treatment is needed. It provides an in-depth analysis of the different aspects a generalized anxiety disorder is. Knowing this information can help the reader understand how they may help someone in their life. They can also understand what treatments work and do not work and why that is.
