How to Pursue A Vegetarian Lifestyle While Maintaining Muscular Strength And Athletic Performance


The purpose of this paper is to provide athletes with the essential knowledge of how a vegetarian diet can improve overall health, athletic performance, build and maintain muscle mass and increase stamina. Included are recommendations for the appropriate foods and supplements to include in a healthy sustaining diet that provides for adequate macro and micro nutrients required for the energy consumption during extensive training and competitions.
