Abstract
This study was focused on understanding what kind of organizational change the Jackson Independent school district went through during their adoption of individual classroom websites in replacement of hard copies of study plans and blackboard shells. It was completed through interviews and an online survey and determined that the kind of organizational change was longlasting, and pervasive.
