This project consists of analyzing the disconnect colleges and universities have among minority groups. These minority groups will mainly consist of the African American and LGBTQ student populations. This will mainly include how these disconnects and practices contribute to retention snd graduation rates. The project will also discuss best practices that will lead to a higher retention and graduation rate among these different minority groups.
