Sleep Patterns and Mental Health in College Students
Abstract/Description
This study aims to explore how sleep patterns and sleep regularity consequently affect self-reported aspects of mental health in college students. Through this research, more information is anticipated to be learned regarding how sleep patterns and regularity of sleep and waking times affect depression, anxiety, and school performance. It is predicted that sleep patterns and regularity which vary more will be positively correlated with anxiety and depression levels, and negatively correlated with school performance.
