Abstract/Description
Joseph Pulitzer has his impact on the field of mass communication especially on the journalism notions. Many people in the industry of journalism have made different efforts and where they have enhanced it also. However, Pulitzer has made different efforts in the industry. In addition, Joseph Pulitzer from his beginnings in St. Louis where he owned and published three different journals to his contributions in the business itself. He made the history in the industry of journalism in which yellow journalism started to be adopted in journals to the public. This research focuses on his efforts in the business historically, and it looks deeply to the yellow journalism. Joseph Pulitzer was a remarkable man in the industry so that studying his life in terms of journalism is something should be searched and published. To sum up, Joseph Pulitzer is one of the very few people who changed people’s lives so that studying and researching his impact is important for scholars in the mass communication field.
