This presentation will highlight an oral history interview with Elaine Howell, who has been voting since the 60s and has seen various changes in the campaigning styles throughout the years. This interview is part of a series focusing on voting and elections, in advance of the upcoming centennial of the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
