On September 21st, 2018 Chief Editor Kaitlyn Clary interviewed Dr. Sidney Martin, an Assistant Professor of Electromechanical Engineering Technology at Murray State University, on his research titled "Engineering Retention: Improving Inclusion and Diversity in Engineering." Dr. Martin’s research stems from his own experience as an Engineering Professor. This interview occurred within Waterfield Library at 3:14 pm.
