Abstract
The internet has improved the ease and speed with which we communicate, but it has also caused our face-to-face communication skills to deteriorate. In today's ever-changing and globally-expanding business world, it is necessary that we focus on learning and maintaining our interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills.
