The Outcomes of Being an Effective Teacher
Abstract
The purpose for this essay is aimed at determining how teacher performance can improve through knowledge, technique, and skill, which will subsequently improve learning opportunities for students. The goal for this topic serves as an opportunity to learn the many facets that constitutes an effective teacher and how one can improve their potential as a current or prospective teacher. Additionally, it may allow one to gain a deeper understanding into the various learning styles encountered in a classroom and how to efficiently maximize a student’s learning abilities. The research for this topic compiles various evidence that supports the effects a teacher can have on students in an educational setting through strategy, skill, and embodying a magnitude of characteristics. Although the research is not exclusive, it focuses on key factors that exemplify the most efficient and effective means when it comes to teaching in an educational setting. Through this essay, readers (specifically teachers and prospective teachers) may gain knowledge and a thorough understanding into how to produce optimal results in teaching that may positively impact students, parents, school staff, and the community.
