Abstract
This research paper studies cultural and leadership change within organizations and how organizations can successfully incorporate the changes they desire while avoiding issues that change can cause when implemented unsuccessfully. The necessity for change in modern business will be analyzed as well as the organization’s individual leader’s role in helping change to succeed. The organization’s role and the employee’s role in successfully changing culture and leadership will also be addressed. The examination includes factors contributing to or limiting successful organizational change, components of successful change, and the roles leaders must play in the implementation of organizational change.
