Abstract
Many strategies are used to help students thrive in education. These strategies help improve students with their reading and math studies. One of the most common method or strategy that most school systems have been using is that of Response to Interventions (RTI). RTI provides a framework for teachers to use to help low level learners to succeed to a higher level of learning. This paper will provide understanding of RTI and the multi-tier approach used to identify the students learning and behavior needs. This strategy used provides students being more encourage throughout the day. Multi- tier learning used using researched based instruction has a greater connection with the students and an impact on students daily lives. Response to intervention is the new method to help some students from going straight to special education.
