Abstract
As more and more households become two income families the demand for child care centers are on the rise. However, the failure of success in child care centers causes a shortage in centers even though there in such a high demand. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how to successfully open and operate a remarkable, safe, nurturing, child care center that provides structure through a learning environment, while following state guidelines, and making a profit as a business. This can be achieved by giving staff the treatment they deserve, providing excellent security, proper lesson planning for all ages, understanding the different learning styles, disabilities in small children, and following state guidelines for operation.
