Abstract
In this paper you will be reading the research on juvenile delinquency. This paper consists of facts backed up with evidence from resources and statistics. This paper will also discuss the hardships and challenges youth go through today. This paper specifically focuses on youth from Oakland and the juvenile system in Oakland, California. In this research paper you will also find how certain theories will help these troubled youth.
