Abstract

Management and leadership have been researched about for many years. This research was studied from many different resources and made multiple key points to improving management and leadership styles. This will discuss differences in leadership styles and important leadership styles in the workplace. It also explains current leadership styles and different traits that improve a manager in the workforce. This talks about the researched differences in managerial roles along with different personality styles that suite different situations best. Technological advancements have changed the workplace along with the ways work is done. This research explains the importance of diversity and the creativity it brings to a company. It discusses advantages and disadvantages to group work and how it can improve a business. There is also discussion about the next generation of employees compared to the older kinds and what managers should expect in the future.
