Abstract

Leadership in the workplace is an ever-evolving role that has been created in many professions due to shifts in culture, regulations, and technological advancements. This allows businesses to achieve maximum output from employees causally related to the influence of management.

The ways in which leadership from management has advanced to better conduct productivity can be expressed by addressing the three factors stated above. Changes in culture in the country, laws and regulations that affect what is allowed in the workplace and technological advancements changing the ways in which work is accomplished.
