The Impact of Technology and the Internet on Business
Abstract
In the 21st century, having a business and being an entrepreneur has changed drastically as more and more people gain access to the internet. The internet is a tool that has become very useful for the majority of entrepreneurs and has developed new methods for them to reach their target audience at a much faster rate than without the use of the internet. However, the internet cannot replace the impact a business can have on someone in an in-person conversation.
Still, it can be a tool to leverage a business and help it to grow at a quicker pace. In fact, technology as a whole has changed the way of the world and the way of business, but when we look at the different aspects of technology we can see that the internet is truly the crux of the entire experience. Without the internet a great deal of the technology that we know would not exist and would not be leveraged in the way that it is. This is why it is important to consider the impact that the internet has had on the world as a whole, and the business world specifically.
Here we will consider the changes that the internet has brought about in the field of business and also in what ways it has specifically impacted the success of several entrepreneurs who started before the internet and have amended their ways to keep up with the latest trends.
