Leadership Styles And How They Correlate to Success

Abstract

Today's organizations are plagued by unethical practices, high employee turnover, and poor financial performance. This might be attributed to a lack of good leadership. As a result, exceptional leaders are necessary to organize and motivate others. Unfortunately, some firms do not consider managers' leadership styles. Based on this premise, the current study evaluates the relationship between leadership style and organizational success.
