How Can a Sports Injury Affect an Athletes Mental Health
Abstract
My research interest relates to the detriment that can come to an athlete after a sports injury that hinders them from playing a sport that they practice year-round. My goal for this research project is to shine light upon the difficulty of keeping a strong mentality and the toll a sport can take on an athlete.
