Recruitment and the Recruiting Process

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of recruitment and the recruiting process. It aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of modern recruiting and shed a light on how the process has evolved over time. Recruitment has changed dramatically over the course of time due to technological advancements and the ever-changing workforce. This paper examines the challenges faced in the recruitment process and shows how some of these have been overcome.

This paper shows the importance of aligning the recruitment strategies used with those of the organizations’ goals and values. AI technology, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the use of predictive analytics is explored and how it has streamlined the recruiting process.

I have also shown how the candidate experience can also affect the recruiting process. Showing how organizations’ want to attract the top talent and offer them an inclusive work environment, as well as a diverse workforce.

This paper aims to show the history of recruiting and dive into how it has evolved as well as the strategies and methods that recruiters use, have changed. It will point to a more effective process that is focused on results, but seemingly with less human interaction. We will explore the effect of all the technological advancements implored besides AI and ATS and show how they have helped to streamline the process as well. After reading this paper, I hope you will have the insight into the Recruiting process and how Recruitment has evolved and will continue to evolve
