Abstract
Throughout the history of the United States military, women have always found ways to serve their country, even when they were officially banned from doing so. Despite facing numerous challenges over the years, women have consistently risen to the occasion and overcome the obstacles that military service has presented them with. Numerous challenges have resulted in medical problems affecting both mental and physical health. Women have had to constantly demonstrate their worth and capabilities, a struggle that continues to persist even today. The military was originally created to meet the requirements of men. Committees have played a crucial role in advocating for women and driving positive change in the military's integration of women. It is imperative that women serving in the military are treated with the same level of safety and respect as their male counterparts. They should be valued equally within the organization without exception.
