The Growth In Mental Health Disorders And Their Link To The Use Of Recreational Cannabinoids
Abstract
Using reference information paper examines the strength of the relationship between the growing use of cannabidiols and the increase in mental health disorders. Mental health concerns often associated with cannabis and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) use often include depression, anxiety, and more severe afflictions such as schizophrenia. Cannabis has a lengthy history of being used for medical uses dating back prior to the written word, now in this century opinion is divided into the legalization for medicinal properties versus the moral, legal, and mental health implications associated with the substance.
