Abstract/Description

The purpose of this presentation is to present on my literature review of three, student-centered teaching styles and their applicability in the elementary classroom. The three teaching styles I will discuss are: project-based learning, the flipped classroom, and play pedagogy. During this presentation I will provided explanations of each style, discuss pros and cons, and provide insight into student achievement and learning in each strategy.
