Constance Alexander, Dept. English and Philosophy
She will share insights from an ongoing research project, "Kilroy Was Here." It is based on oral history interviews with people who were children during World War II, and that research was transformed into a spoken opera that has been performed in various places around the country.
Zbynek Smetana, Dept. Art and Design
In this presentation, he will talk about the intersection between science (particularly health sciences) and art.
Melony Shemberger, Dept. Journalism and Mass Communications
With her research focusing on the history of education news, she will deliver a research in progress that examines the historical development of education news coverage of standardized testing.
