Abstract/Description

The Step it UP! Game, a modified version of the Good Behavior Game, has been implemented to increase physical activity levels among elementary school children and adults with disabilities. The aim of the current study is to evaluate the efficacy of technology-based Step it UP! Game on daily step count totals of university students. Participants will include 10 university students. Two conditions will be  alternated randomly within a multielement design: baseline and Step it UP! Game. It is hypothesized that that the participants took more steps on days in which the remote Step it UP! Game was in place compared to baseline.
