Abstract/Description

My research looks into development at the neuromuscular junction using zebrafish as a model organism. This study in particular seeks to determine when and if glycine receptors are expressed in skeletal muscle in various developmental stages using immunohistochemistry. The goal is to contribute to a greater understanding of neuromuscular development in all vertebrates.
