My Honors Senior Thesis aims to investigate the physical activity habits of students at Murray State University and potential barriers that prevent them from utilizing on-campus resources, such as the Wellness Center. Thus, my research contains a student survey, Wellness Center usage statistics, and other data to draw conclusions and ultimately propose strategies that can alleviate/remove these obstacles for students.
