Abstract/Description
Due to hospital acquired infections being a concern with every patient in the hospital we concluded that a daily CHG bath with proper education and training would help decrease the infection rates. To implement this policy we proposed to start having a standardized bed bath with the CHG solution, having CHG wipes readily available on the floors, and provider orders for patients upon admission.
