Abstract/Description

Previous data reports and studies indicated that English Language Learners (ELLs) graduate from U.S. high schools at lower rates than their native English-speaker peers, and likely also go on to higher education at lower rates. This presentation will be about the methods of an on-going study which aims to understand what challenges ELLs and former ELLs face when pursuing a postsecondary education, and how educators can support them through the process.
