This research focused on how generative AI (such as chat GTP) works under current understanding of the common law . particularly how it interacts with the fact that that copyright is made to further human creativity and as shown in previous cases not animal or mechanical input. It also sees if generative ai is transformative use under rose v Acuff and other related causes copyrighted under the current understanding of the law. This is a guide on how to understand the legal and ethical intrecy of Generative ai.
