Abstract/Description

This project looks into the relationship between religion and mental health. It explores whether being involved in religion, such as attending church or having strong religious beliefs can impact a persons mental well being. Religion can provide emotional support, a sense of purpose, and coping strategies during stressful times. However, it might also have different effects depending on individual experiences and levels of involvement. This study reviews previous research to be able to better understand how religion influences mental health and how it might shape people’s daily lives.
