Leadership and Management
Abstract
Abstract
Leadership and Management illustrates a new perspective and a paradigm for leaders and managers. The view is from the inside, looking out, after 35 years of involvement. The information provided shows the proper structure, organization, and mindset to succeed.
There are three research questions” (1) What is the difference between leadership and management? (2) What caused ethics, honesty, and trustworthiness to be ignored? (3) What can be done to correct this flaw? The only participant was the author of this project. The research methods used were Boolean and Pearl Growing. The results are evident in this report. The data analysis supports the theory that leadership and management has drastically changed since the 1950s, from moral to secular. The ethics section gives some clear information concerning this matter. Further research will be done, after careful observation now that a conservative Supreme Court has the majority vote.
The research topic is Leadership and Management. Leadership and Management must be honest and model integrity and transparency as well as be trustworthy. Our nation deserves and needs these characteristics to help bring out country back to its Godly heritage.
Keywords: in this report are Leadership, Management, Honesty, and Trustworthiness.
