Lean Management and Its Tools For Efficiency in the Businesses Environment
Abstract
Lean management can be used to effectively boost productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste for any type of business. Lean management and the tools that are available with it help with the effectiveness of growing sales, customer satisfaction, and have control of the overall business. With this method, the idea of using this strategy is to build a strong and effective process within the business to help increase productivity and decrease any waste that is holding the business back. From any large business to any small business, this method is created to help build on what is already happening within the plan the business is already used to using. Meaning that there is always room for improvement. This paper will discuss the method of lean management and the tools associated with it.
