Abstract
The National Football League (NFL keeps growing, and with the growth comes the desire by many to join the league at different professional levels. This research looks into the NFL’s business evolution, primarily focusing on its transformation to a global sporting leader through its remarkable leadership, marketing, and innovations in the media domain. The study examines the NFL’s revenue growth, branding approaches, leadership influence, the role of General Managers, and the league's commitment to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and how general managers can help meet this goal. The findings provide a comprehensive perspective on the NFL, highlighting all the aspects that have led to its success and offering a blueprint for individuals wanting to pursue a career in the NFL. This aspect makes this research very relevant.
