It will emphasize leadership's effect on positive direction, engaged employees, customer satisfaction, and following correct policy/procedures. Through policy changes, economic challenges, and policy procedures, the correct leadership can make it a much easier process. The study will explore seven different leadership styles and determine why they are most effective for a bank setting and how the leadership style motivates and promotes outstanding bank performance and employee loyalty. Altogether, this paper will convey that strong leadership is not only a strong advantage but is completely necessary for success in all aspects of banking organizations.
