Abstract
Cybersecurity is becoming a critical concern in digital society, specifically in institutions such as Jefferson Community and Technical College. Due to limited awareness, students and staff are increasingly vulnerable to cyberattacks. The primary goal of this project is to promote cybersecurity education in Kentucky within community colleges and institutions. This project introduces essential cybersecurity concepts, common cyberattack methods, and the importance of cybersecurity. The methodology is based on a review of research and inquiry into the emerging role of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity.
In this project, the expected outcome includes improved protection of personal data, reduced risks of cyberattacks, and increased student interest in careers related to technology and cybersecurity. This project aims to promote a safer digital environment in Kentucky.
