Abstract/Description
Certain Murray State University scholarships tend to be underutilized. The purpose of this exploratory research is to inquire about the possible reasons for this situation. More specifically, the study seeks to address the following answers: How aware are students about scholarships and the application process? How can student awareness be increased? How do students rate the availability of scholarships? How difficult do students think it is to get one? The presenters created a survey as part of their MKT 565 Research term project. The structure and rationale of the survey will be discussed in light of best practices in survey creation.
