As part of their term project in MKT 565 Research the authors of this presentation devised an online survey in SurveyMonkey. The structure of the survey is discussed in light of best practices in survey creation. The survey pertains to the following topic.
Every year students delay when they register for classes, which makes it difficult for Murray State University (MSU) to have a clear idea of next term enrollment numbers as well as demand for specific class. The purpose of this study is to explore why so many students wait almost until the deadline before they register. More specifically, this research seeks to answer the following questions: What are the primary causes of registration delay? How can MSU minimize registration delay? Do students find the MSU registration portal complicated?
