Quite a few students seem challenged to select a major. In fall 2019 Murray State University introduced access to "MyMajors". This online service provides a survey intended to assist students in finding a suitable major. Question is: what are the best ways to communicate this novel opportunity to students? How do students rate the helpfulness of other resources in the pursuit to choose a major?
The presenters devised a survey as part of their MKT 565 fall 2019 term project. They will explicate the components of the survey and their rationale in light of best practices in survey creation.
