Abstract/Description
This paper analyzes the family and consumer sciences (FCS) Education curriculum from 1928 to 2023 at Murray State University. The social and political changes over time will be analyzed and compared to the curriculum changes in Murray State's FCS Education department. The changes in the overarching FCS field will also be used for analysis.
