This presentation discusses research done over the client-veterinarian dynamic and its role in client perception of the care their pet receives. The aim of this research was to examine certain key aspects of the interaction between veterinarians and clients, as the client serves as the voice of the patient, and how this affects treatment plan adherence, client compliance, and perceived patient outcomes.
