Abstract/Description
As AI tools become more common, students may be more likely to make use of them for academically dishonest purposes. This study investigates the relationships between AI-driven and more traditional forms of academic dishonesty and personality factors such as fear of failure, goal orientation, need for cognition, and self-efficacy. We found significant correlations between students' academic dishonesty and most of the traits studied.
