Abstract
Authoritative parenting, distinguished by warmth, sensitivity, and well-defined boundaries, has become a prominent method of child-rearing, supported by extensive research for its positive effects on development. This study delves into the features of authoritative parenting, its influence on child development, and how parenting strategies profoundly shape children's future paths, encompassing crucial aspects such as independence, social skills, autonomy, academic achievement, mental well-being, and their understanding of societal norms.
